Politics is obviously not a static subject. Last year policing and justice was THE big issue. Now it has been devolved and other issues take its place. This is the nature of the subject and the nature of what you are learning. To be successful at Politics you have to keep on top of the game so to speak.. know what's going on locally and nationally.
I am hoping that the news section within this site will offer a good source of key news items. I have started with three - Peter Robinsons desire to drop the number of MLA's and executive departments. Dawn Purvis' successful attempt to stop double jobbing at least with MLA' s and Councillors. Thirdly there is a report on the US Mid Terms and the rise of a new force in American politics.
